Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping to the continental 48 states on all orders over $49.99. Orders that contain items or quantities that require a loading dock and lift gate DO NOT qualify for free shipping. In these cases you will be contacted to confirm your ability to receive such orders and the actual freight costs for your order.

We do not offer free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges will be added in your shopping cart.  Select oversize items may not be eligible for shipment to some areas of AK & HI.

All orders for in-stock items received by 12:00pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders ship via FedEx Ground from Columbus OH unless otherwise noted.

While we make every effort to maintain a sufficient stock level in our warehouse, it may be possible an item(s) will need to ship from a 3rd party or directly from the manufacturer. If the case, we will communicate with you via email. Please allow 3-4 days lead time for handling. In some cases this may not affect your delivery date.
